Having more than 12 years of expertise in the Food sector, Yousef has successfully expanded the number of Domino’s stores by four times within a period of 6 years, enhancing both turnover and profitability. His accomplishments in Luban involve establishing new markets and service channels, solidifying their position as a key player in the industry.

 

Yousef is recognized for his forward-thinking leadership style, which cultivates an environment of creativity and forward progress at Badr. He strongly advocates for teamwork across different departments, enabling teams to develop revolutionary ideas. Yasir is a growth driven entrepreneur and Managing Director with over 15 years of experience in construction, real-estate development, manufacturing, and industrial design. A graduate of the University of Leeds, UK with a Bachelor of Design, he has also undertaken Executive Education courses with Harvard Business School and George Washington University in finance and real estate respectively. Hussam is a seasoned entrepreneur and Managing Partner with a rich background spanning over 12 years across various industries, including oil & gas, food processing manufacturing, and engineering. His multifaceted expertise encompasses business development, project management, operations, and finance. Ahmed Shalabi Chief Commercial Officer at Sohar Stones

Ahmed Shalabi, Chief Commercial Officer at Sohar Stones since 2015, brings 26 years of experience in quarrying in Oman and the GCC. With a finance degree, he started in Egypt as an Account Manager for 5 years at Société Égyptienne d’Entreprises. Then, he moved to Oman, playing a significant role at Al Jamali Crusher for an impressive 19 years. His wealth of experience has positioned him as one of the influencers in the industry. Sameer Kumar BADR Group CFO

Sameer is a seasoned Group CFO with over three decades of financial leadership across diverse industries. A Commerce graduate and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Sameer’s journey began with Modi Group, evolving through pivotal roles in eminent organizations including Mercedes-Benz Oman, JTEKT India Limited, Hero and Shyam business groups in India. At the helm of financial strategy, his expertise spans across finance and accounting, corporate governance, strategic planning, and M&A, underscored by a global perspective from working in varied geographical landscapes.

In his current role at Badr Group as group CFO, Sameer has been instrumental in driving efficiency, leveraging digitalization to transform traditional cost structures and streamline operations. His adeptness in financial management, coupled with a strategic approach to investments and treasury, has fortified the group’s financial foundation.

Abbas Ghoghari Fakhruddin Sales and Marketing Director with Luban Food LLC

In leadership role of Sales and Marketing Director with Luban Food LLC, Abbas is responsible for articulating and driving strategic sales, integrated marketing programs and innovation funnel for Delicio brand through leading consumer insights.

Abbas was previously Head of Marketing and Sales, Australia, and New Zealand with A2 Milk company, having spent the past 15 years with the organization in several senior marketing, channel and category development positions. Abbas has extensive experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry across Gulf, Australia, New Zealand, and South Korea and North Africa region.

Before his time at A2 Milk, Abbas held marketing roles with Unilever Australia, Dawn Foods Middle East and IFFCO Group Dubai.

Anwaar Razmi General Manager for Al Amar Foods Co LLC

Anwaar Razmi is the Country General Manager for Al Amar Foods Co LLC, which is the country developer & sole operator of the Domino’s Pizza brand in the Sultanate of Oman. He is responsible for elevating the Domino’s Pizza brand in the country as the nation’s number one pizza brand and subsequently drive the Group’s ambition in growing the food & beverage (F&B) division’s brand portfolio within the restaurant category. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Group Strategy for QSR Brands Berhad; a Malaysian based investment group which operates more than 1,300 KFC & Pizza Hut restaurants across four Southeast Asian countries. With more than 19 years’ experience in the restaurant & franchise industry, he has served multiple leadership roles with various restaurant brands & organizations including private equities firms across the United States of America, Qatar, Thailand & Malaysia. Anwaar completed his tertiary education from Colorado State University, Colorado, USA in Master of International Management, Bachelor’s degree in Foodservice Management from Johnson & Wales University Denver, USA & Associate degree in Culinary Arts from Mara University of Technology (UiTM) in Malaysia.
